Concentrated nose characterized by black fruit aromas, such as black cherry and cassis, with light exotic notes of plum and liquorice.
Fruity and velvety on the mouth, with well fused and balanced tannins. Chocolate and violet notes are revealed in a vicious finish.
Ideal as an aperitif. it makes a delightful combination with foie gras and cheeses.
